What you need:

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 14 ¾ oz can creamed corn
  • 8 ½ oz package dry corn bread mix
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ c butter, melted
  • 2 T sugar

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350.  Spray 9” x 9” baking dish with non-stick
    cooking spray.  Mix together all ingredients in a bowl then
    transfer to prepared baking dish.  Bake for 55 minutes or until
    golden brown.  Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes
    before serving.
