What you need:
- 1 c ketchup
- 2 T vinegar
- 2 T honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c onion, diced
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients. Use with 2 - 3 lbs chicken. Mix with
chicken parts and refrigerate in a shallow plastic bowl or freezer bag for 24 hours. Use excess marinade as barbecue baste while cooking.
