What you need:

  • 1 c ketchup
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c onion, diced
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients.  Use with 2 - 3 lbs chicken.  Mix with
    chicken parts and refrigerate in a shallow plastic bowl or freezer
    bag for 24 hours.  Use excess marinade as barbecue baste while
    cooking.
