What you need:
- 1 lb fresh shrimp or frozen thawed shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T paprika
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t coriander
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t minced garlic
- 1/4 t black pepper
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in an airtight container or bag and mix.
Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 4 hours or more,
mixing once to re-coat shrimp in marinade halfway through.
- Slide shrimp on grilling skewers and grill over medium heat for 3-
4 minutes per side, or until not opaque but pink.
