What you need:

  • 1 lb bratwurst with casings removed, browned and drained
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz can chopped green chilies

What you do:

  • Melt cheese in a large saucepan.  Add remaining ingredients
    and mix.  Cook on low (stirring occasionally) until heated
    through.  Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
