What you need:

  • 1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes

What you do:

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Rinse tilapia fillets and dry on paper towels.  Place in an airtight
    container.  
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.  Pour mixture
    over fish fillets, cover, and refrigerate for 2 or more hours,
    turning fillets once to recoat.
  • Place tilapia on a broiler pan coated with aluminum foil.  Place
    pan under broiler and broil for 6-7 minutes, or until fish flakes
    with fork.  Baste with remaining marinade halfway through
    cooking time.
