What you need:

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c 2% milk
  • ½ c cheddar cheese, shredded       
  • ¼ t paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.  Cook over
    medium heat, in large skillet, until nicely browned and juices run
    clear.
  • Combine remaining ingredients then pour over chicken.  
    Continue to cook over medium low heat until everything is
    heated through.
  • This is good served over rice or mashed potatoes.
