What you need:
- 3 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz package chicken stuffing mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 rib celery, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all
ingredients except 1 c of Mozzarella cheese and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole, and bake for an additional 5 - 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
