What you need:

  • 2 c cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 c apricots, pitted and chopped
  • 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c celery, finely chopped
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • Dash of salt

What you do:

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt,
    mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and mix thoroughly.  Add
    remaining ingredients and mix.  Chill and serve.
