What you need:

  • 1 c cooked chicken, chopped
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c celery, sliced
  • 1.5 c chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c green onion, sliced
  • 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 T soy sauce

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl, mix together soup,
    soy sauce and milk.  Add remaining ingredients except  1/2 c chow
    mein noodles and mix.  Add mixture to a medium casserole dish.  
    Top with remaining chow mein noodles.  Bake, uncovered, for 30
    minutes.
