What you need:
- 11/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 12 oz chili sauce
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 T olive oil
What you do:
- Rub tenderloin with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lightly
brown pork on all sides in a large skillet. Place pork in crock-pot.
- In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar and cranberry
sauce and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over tenderloin. Cook,
covered, for 8 -10 hours on low.
