What you need:

  • 10 package frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  • Place broccoli in the bottom of a 1.5 quart casserole dish.  In a
    medium bowl, combine sour cream and cream of mushroom
    soup.  Pour soup mixture over broccoli.  Sprinkle cheese on top
    of casserole.  Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
