What you need:

  • 2 lbs pork chops
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1.5 c ketchup
  • 1 c water
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 3 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 t chili powder
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.  Rub pork chops with salt and pepper.  
    Place pork chops in skillet and brown on both sides.  Place
    onions in a 3.5 quart crock pot.  Place pork chops on top of
    onions.  In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix.  
    Pour mixture over pork chops.  Cook, covered, for 8 hours on
    low.
