What you need:

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 6 oz uncooked macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped
  • 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 c water
  • 2 t beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Add ground beef, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, bouillon and
    mushrooms to crock pot and mix.  Add Worcestershire and water
    and mix.  Cook, covered, for 4 hours on low.  Add macaroni and
    sour cream and mix.  Continue cooking for 30 minutes on low;
    serve.
