What you need:

  • 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 oz can spicy chili beans, not drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14 1/2 oz can Mexican style diced tomatoes, not drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, choppped
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/4 c prepared mole paste
  • 1 1/2 T chili powder
  • 1/2 t beef bouillon granules
  • 2 t ground cumin

What you do:

  • Place all ingredients in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix
    well.  Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours.
