What you need:

  • 1 lb bulk Italian or pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 15 oz can cut green beans, drained
  • 2 c celery, sliced
  • 6 - 7 oz box Rice-a-Roni
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients in a 4-6 quart crock-pot and mix.  Cook,
    covered, for 4 hours on low; serve.
