What you need:
- 3 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans, drained
- 3 c water
- 3 t chicken bouillon granules
- 3 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients into a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and
mix. Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low. Serve topped with tortilla chips in lieu of crackers.
