What you need:

  • medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 4 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 c butter
  • salt to taste

What you do:

  • Melt butter in a large skillet.  Add cabbage, carrots, and salt and
    saute until tender but not mushy; serve.
