What you need:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed), browned and drained
  • 1 (24-28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/4 t garlic powder

What you do:

  • Add sausage, spaghetti sauce, oregano and garlic powder to a
    medium saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cheese to
    saucepan and mix.  Continue heating on low, stirring
    occasionally, until cheese is melted.  Serve hot with bread sticks
    or garlic bread.
