What you need:
- 2 lbs pork chops, 1/2"-3/4" thick
- 1 c picante sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 t cumin, ground
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
What you do:
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Salt and pepper pork chops on both
sides. Add pork chops to skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture
over pork in skillet. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
