What you need:

  • 3 c cooked venison, chopped
  • 3 c cooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/3 c onion, diced
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.  Combine remaining ingredients in a
    large bowl and mix thoroughly.  Add mixture to skillet and flatten
    to cover surface area of pan.  Cook over medium heat until
    browned.  Flip mixture to brown the other side; serve.
