What you need:

  • 3 oz box pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 8 oz cool whip, refrigerated not frozen

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.  
    Refrigerate to chill and serve.
