What you need:

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.  Cover
    and refrigerate for 2 hours, mixing once or twice to re-coat with
    marinade.
  • Preheat grill.  Cook chicken wings directly over medium hot coals
    or medium heat, turning once or twice, for 15-20 minutes, or until
    crispy and cooked through.
