What you need:

  • 11/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 11/2 t dried sage
  • 11/2 t dried thyme
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/8 t salt

What you do:

  • In a air tight container, combine garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper,
    soy sauce and olive oil and mix.  Place pork in container with
    other ingredients and turn to coat.  Refrigerate for 4 or more
    hours, re-coating meat with marinade halfway through
    refrigeration.  
  • Grill tenderloin over medium hot coals, or over medium heat for
    15 -18 minutes, or until cooked through.  Turn pork halfway
    through cooking time and baste with marinade.  Let pork stand
    for 5 minutes before slicing.
