What you need:

  • 2 c cooked ham, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 26-28 oz jar marinara or spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 12 oz package of fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 16 oz package frozen Italian green beans
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

What you do:

  • Add spaghetti sauce, garlic, mushrooms, green beans and
    cheese to a large skillet and heat to simmer.  Continue
    simmering 10 -12 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Remove cover,
    add ham, and resume heating for 10 minutes on low heat.  Serve
    over fettuccine.
