What you need:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 2/3 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c ketchup
  • 2/3 c soy sauce

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix.  Use
    immediately, or refrigerate for 2 or more hours to let sauce
    marinade.
