What you need:

  • 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c and 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 t garlic powder

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except ¼ c
    Parmesan, spinach and dippers; mix well.  Fold in spinach then
    spread into a 8” x 8” casserole pan.  Sprinkle remaining ¼ c
    Parmesan on top then cover with tin foil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove tin foil and bake another 10
    minutes or until lightly browned.  Serve with chips or crackers of
    choice.
