What you need:

  • 2 lbs pork chops
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz can French onion soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan,
    combine milk, soups, and rice and mix.  
  • Lightly season pork chops with salt and black pepper and place
    in baking pan.  Cover pan with foil and place in oven.  Bake for
    1.5 hours.
