What you need:
- 2 lbs pork chops
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz can French onion soup
- 1 c milk
- 1 c uncooked rice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan,
combine milk, soups, and rice and mix.
- Lightly season pork chops with salt and black pepper and place
in baking pan. Cover pan with foil and place in oven. Bake for 1.5 hours.
