Pork Tenderloin Is A Summer Grill Favorite

There are so many different pork tenderloin recipes around. Everything from marinates/rubs and roasts to grilled and stuffed, pork tenderloin recipes will truly go over well with just about everyone.

Pork Tenderloin with Seasoned Rub
This happens to be one of the most popular recipes to use with pork tenderloin because it takes 35 minutes to prep and cook. The ingredients you need are:

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. dried thyme
Salt
1 1/4 pounds tenderloin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic

In one bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients well so they form a seasoning. This mixture will serve as the rub and will a well-seasoned pork. First, sprinkle the seasoning over the pork, then rub it in, ensuring to press it into the tenderloin. Once that's done, you need to heave olive oil on a large skillet set on medium-high. Include the minced garlic and stir for one minute. For 10 minutes, cook the tenderloin in the skillet by searing each side. Then, move the tenderloin to a roasting pan and bake it for an additional 20 minutes.

Herb Crusted Tenderloin
Although one of the lengthiest pork tenderloin recipes, it is also one of the tastiest. You'll need the following ingredients:

1 (4-pound) boneless pork loin, with fat left on
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme or 2 tsp. minced fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. dried basil or 2 tsp. fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. dried rosemary or 2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary

First, preheat the oven to 475 degrees F. In a roasting pan on a rack, place the tenderloin. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Cover all of the meat and fat by massaging the mixture onto the pork with your fingers. For 30 minutes, roast the pork, then for another hour with a reduced heat of 425 degrees F. Remove the roast only when the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Don't carve until you've let it sit for approximately 20 minutes.

Balsamic Roast Tenderloins
Another of the popular tenderloin recipes, this requires minimal prep and cook time. You'll need:

4 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, cracked
Steak seasoning blend
4 sprigs of finely chopped rosemary
4 sprigs of finely chopped thyme

Oven should be preheated to 500 degrees F. Using a sharp knife, trim connective tissue and silver skin off pork. On a rimmed, nonstick cookie sheet, place the pork and coat them with a few tbsp. of balsamic vinegar. Also, coat pork with extra-virgin olive oil. Place garlic cloves into small slits in the pork that you cut. Combine the thyme and rosemary with the steak seasoning blend and rub it on the pork. For 20 minutes, roast the pork. Meat should cool before carving.
