What you need:
- 1 c cooked shrimp, deveined with heads and tails removed
- 10.75 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c milk
- 2.5 T cooking sherry
- dash black pepper
What you do:
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cream of mushroom soup
and black pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer. Add shrimp and
bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in cooking sherry.
Serve over rice or noodles, or eat as a soup with crackers.
