What you need:

  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 11/2 c cooked rice
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 103/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 15 oz can peas, drained
  • 1/3 c onion, diced
  • 1/8 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.  Pour mixture
    into a 2 quart casserole dish.  Bake in a 350 degree preheated
    oven for 40 minutes.
