What you need:

  • 5 c all purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 c fresh raspberries
  • 1.5 c sugar
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c butter
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1.5 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t salt

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt
    pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and
    salt.  Mix in butter.  
  • In medium bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla.  Add to flour mixture
    and mix just until flour is moistened.  Gently fold in walnuts and
    raspberries.  Pour batter into Bundt pan.  Place pan in oven and
    bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in
    center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
