What you need:

  • 2 (14-16 oz) packages smoked sausage
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 28 oz can pork and beans, undrained
  • 15 oz can lima beans, drained
  • 15 oz can navy beans, drained
  • 15 oz can ranch-style beans, drained
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 T vinegar

What you do:

  • Slice sausage lengthwise, then into 1 inch pieces.  Add sausage
    and remaining ingredients to a 4 quart or larger crock pot  and
    mix thoroughly.  Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low.  Serve in
    bowls with hot buttered biscuits or bread.
