What you need:
- 1.5 lbs round steak, cut into bite sized portions
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c celery, sliced
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1-2 T cooking oil
- 1/8 t oregano
- cooked rice (1-2 cups)
What you do:
- Brown round steak in oil; drain. Add round steak and all
remaining ingredients, except rice, into a 3.5 quart or larger
crock pot / slow cooker. Cook, covered, for 6-7 hours on low.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
