What you need:

  • 3 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 c milk
  • 16 oz dry macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c flour

What you do:

  • Add milk and flour to a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot / slow cooker
    and mix until smooth.  Mix in sharp cheddar cheese.  Mix in
    macaroni.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.  Cover and cook
    on low for 3 hours.  Stir and serve.
