What you need:

  • 3-4 lb beef brisket
  • 12 oz can beer
  • 2/3 c chili sauce
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • garlic salt
  • salt
  • black pepper

What you do:

  • Rub brisket with garlic salt, salt and black pepper.  Place brisket
    in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.  Add onion and celery to crock
    pot.  Pour beer over brisket.  Cook, covered, for 8 - 9 hours on
    low.
