What you need:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz can green chiles, diced
  • 2 (2.25 oz) cans sliced black olives, drained well
  • 2 T green onion tops, diced
  • 1/4 t chili powder
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 8 taco or fajita size flour tortillas

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients except flour tortillas and mix well.  
    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on flour tortillas.  Roll up
    tortillas, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until chilled.  Slice
    tortillas into 1/2 to 1 inch rolls and serve with salsa or picante
    sauce.
