What you need:

  • 3/4 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 1/4 c lime juice
  • 1 t red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1 t ground mustard
  • 1/8 t thyme
  • 1/8 t marjoram

What you do:

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Pour
    into a gallon size ziploc bag.  Add 2-4 lbs steak and shift bag to
    coat.  Refrigerate for 6 or more hours for best results, shifting
    bag a couple times to re-coat steak with marinade.
  • May increase or reduce pepper sauce per taste.
