What you need:
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 c onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/2 t ground cumin
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 cup water
What you do:
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is
browned;drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
