What you need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sesame seeds
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/8 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Place garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds, brown sugar and black
    pepper in an airtight container and mix.  Dredge chicken breasts
    in mixture to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 or more hours,
    turning chicken once while marinating to recoat.
  • Place on hot grill and cook over med heat, or medium hot coals
    for 7-8 minutes per side.  Baste chicken with excess marinade
    while grilling.
