What you need:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut in strips
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium carrot, sliced thin
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 c pea pods
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 T soy sauce
What you do:
- Combine mayonnaise and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add
remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve.
