What you need:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut in strips
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 c pea pods
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 T soy sauce

What you do:

  • Combine mayonnaise and soy sauce in a large bowl.  Add
    remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Chill and serve.
