What you need:

  • 1.25 c cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1.5 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c cooked spaghetti
  • 10.5 oz can chicken gravy
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 c celery, sliced
  • 1/4 c onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  • Heat butter in a med skillet.  Add celery and onion to skillet and
    cook until tender, but not browned.  Add celery, onion and
    remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to a 2 quart or larger
    casserole dish and mix.  Top with Parmesan cheese and bake,
    uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
