What you need:
- 2 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 c apricots, pitted and chopped
- 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c celery, finely chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
- Dash of salt
What you do:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt,
mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill and serve.
