What you need:

  • 11/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 12 oz chili sauce
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1 T olive oil

What you do:

  • Rub tenderloin with oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Lightly
    brown pork on all sides in a large skillet.  Place pork in crock-pot.
  • In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar and cranberry
    sauce and mix thoroughly.  Pour mixture over tenderloin.  Cook,
    covered, for 8 -10 hours on low.
