What you need:

  • 5 oz can tuna in water, drained
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c corkscrew pasta, uncooked
  • 1 c frozen peas, defrosted
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c crushed cheese crackers (optional)

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook corkscrew pasta per package directions and drain.  Mix
    cream of mushroom soup and milk in a small bowl.  In a medium
    casserole dish, combine pasta, tuna, soup mixture, peas and
    eggs and mix.  Sprinkle cheese over casserole.  Top with
    crackers.  Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until
    heated through.
