What you need:
- 2 lbs pork chops
- 2 medium onions
- 1.5 c ketchup
- 1 c water
- 3 T vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Rub pork chops with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops in skillet and brown on both sides. Place onions in a 3.5 quart crock pot. Place pork chops on top of onions. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix. Pour mixture over pork chops. Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.
