What you need:
- 2 - 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 10.75 oz can french onion soup
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2/3 c sour cream
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T vegetable or olive oil
What you do:
- In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in hot oil. Place
chicken in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook, covered, for 6 hours on low, or until chicken is cooked through.
