What you need:
- 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz can spicy chili beans, not drained
- 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 14 1/2 oz can Mexican style diced tomatoes, not drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, choppped
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c prepared mole paste
- 1 1/2 T chili powder
- 1/2 t beef bouillon granules
- 2 t ground cumin
What you do:
- Place all ingredients in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix
well. Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours.
