What you need:
- 1 lb smoked Polish sausage, sliced into 1/2" pieces
- 2 c red potatoes, chopped
- 4 c cabbage, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 t black pepper
What you do:
- Mix together all ingredients in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.
Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
