What you need:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c celery, sliced
- 2 T milk
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- pepper to taste
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken breast in a small casserole dish. In a medium
bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix. Pour mixture over chicken breast. Place casserole in oven and bake, covered, for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes or over cooked egg noodles.
