What you need:
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 T cooking sherry
- 1 t salt
- dash black pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
What you do:
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken livers, onion and garlic
and saute for 10 minutes, or until chicken livers are cooked through. Combine chicken livers, onion and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. Form mixture into a loaf and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers
